The raw material can be new material, the mixture of new and recycled material or 100% recycled material, when use 100% recycled material, the capacity can be up to 120T/hour. The mixing plant consists of cold aggregate hopper, feeding belt, drying drum, hot bucket elevator, vibrating screen, hot hopper, measuring system, mixing tank, final product silo, dust collector, thermal transfer oil furnace, bitumen tank, asphalt emulsifier, etc.
