Foam Glass Production Line
The Foaming Glass Line uses 98% glass fragment as raw material for producing foaming glass, and uses carbon as vesicant.
The line adopts the powder two-step burning method process which is favorable all over the world.
Main process flowchart is composed of:
raw material collecting, washing, drying, mixing of grinders and batches, mold feeding, sintering, foaming, stabilization, de-molding, annealing, cutting and final product processing.
