The discontinuous PU panel line can produce the max. size panels with 12 x 1.50m2 area, 40-150mm thickness. The pressing and locking of laminating machine adopt hydraulic drive, the hydraulic oil cylinder push the movable beam move up and down very conveniently. In order to keep the horizontal of moving up and down, it is equipped with the synchronizer on movable beam. Moving trolley adopt motor drive, which can be located accurately. In order to meet with the temperature requirement of foaming process and assure of the foaming uniformly, it is also equipped with heating device, which can heat the trolley on necessary.
